Overseas Education Counsellor - UK/Europe

About the Role :

We are looking for a Counsellor - UK/Europe for our Kolkata Branch - WFO.

You will work with the leadership team and counsellors to drive numbers and fuel yours and Leap's growth.

The charter for this role will include :

• Meet Allotted Team targets ( Leads, Applications & Visas)
• Contribute in developing a strong & efficient counselling team
• Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey
• Conduct Training sessions & help build a world-class team of counsellors
• Maintain high Satisfaction Ratings
• Report & Data Management
• Implement Organisational Values, Goals & objectives within the team
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets
• Pipeline forecast & Management
• Identify, analyse and rectify operational issues in coordination with immediate supervisors

Ideal Persona would :

• The candidate should be from Counseling Industry (Mandatory)
• In-depth knowledge of UK/Europe
• 1+ Years of experience in study abroad.
• Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines
• Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences
• Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.
• Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.
