Role purpose:

As a Overseas Education Counsellor, you will guide ambitious students toward the right international courses and institutions. You will provide expert, personalized counselling and deliver a seamless experience throughout the application and admissions process. Candidates with experience

working with top-tier global institutions globally will be highly preferred.

Key accountabilities:

• Achieve counselling, application, and conversion goals by managing leads, maintaining a strong pipeline, and driving successful student outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional guidance to students and families on courses, universities, admissions, and documentation.
• Participate in events and engagement activities to support lead generation and outreach.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and timely follow-ups throughout the student journey.
• Build strong, proactive relationships with students, parents, and university partners.

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in counselling, or customer-service roles with proven target achievement.
• Strong understanding of global education systems and university admissions processes.
• Relevant qualifications and/or prior experience as an Overseas Education Counsellor.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with strong English proficiency.
• Ability to independently manage the full counselling cycle while delivering high service standards.
