The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge of international education systems and the ability to provide end-to-end counsellingfrom profile evaluation to university selection and enrolmentwhile consistently meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized counselling to students by evaluating their academic background, career goals, and preferred study destinations.

Guide students to select suitable universities, colleges, and programs aligned with their profiles and aspirations.

Support students in building strong applications, including Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and resumes.

Advise students on tuition fees, living expenses, budgeting, and overall financial planning for studying abroad.

Stay updated with admission requirements, visa processes, and education trends across key destinations.

Achieve assigned monthly and intake-level targets related to counselling, conversions, and enrolments.

Maintain accurate records and follow-ups using CRM tools and internal systems.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive student experience. Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Study Abroad counselling.

Hands-on experience counselling students for countries such as UK, Australia, USA, Canada, and France.

Strong understanding of international education systems, admission processes, and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic analytics/metrics tracking.
