Outward Lead

Supervise daily outbound operations including picking, packing, labeling, and loading of goods for shipment.

Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders as per shipping schedules.

Allocate tasks and monitor performance of the outbound team to meet productivity and quality targets.

Verify documentation such as invoices, delivery notes, and shipping labels for correctness.

Coordinate with logistics providers, transport teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.

Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) accordingly.

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) during outbound activities.

Manage space planning in the staging and loading areas for optimal workflow.

Report any issues related to order discrepancies, delays, or damages to the relevant departments.
