Outsystem Developer

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a development technical lead/architect who possesses a passion for latest web front and backend technologies development on Outsystems platform (ODC/O11) to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strong Experience on Outsystems platform development & Architecture
• Architecture & Design: Design scalable, high-performance Outsystems application architectures, define integration patterns, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Development Lifecycle: Oversee the full lifecycle, including technical design, development, testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
• Act as the bridge between the development team and the Project/Engagement Manager
• Quality & Best Practices: Implement coding standards, enforce testing, promote reusability, and ensure robust, maintainable solutions.
• Identify technical risks and ensure delivery quality through testing, POCs, and QA practices
• Problem Solving: Resolve complex technical challenges, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
• Responsible for following an Agile Scrum approach when designing and developing business applications.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, working with Product Owners and other teams.
• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and guide development teams; conduct code reviews; manage technical backlogs; and foster a culture of quality.
• Design and validate scalable and high-performing application architectures
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to OutSystems best practices
• Contribute to functional and non-functional solution design
• Stay up to date with the latest OutSystems features and industry trends
• Make technically sound decisions that positively impact the customer

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in computer science or software engineering//B.Tech/MCA

Experience

• 5- 7 years of proven working experience in software development in the roles of senior tech leader or technical architect
