Role Summary
The Senior Manager Power & Nuclear Business will lead business development, key account management, aftermarket growth (AFM), and field service operations for IMI CCI range of Products in Thermal & Nuclear Power Generation segments. This role requires deep technical expertise in control valves, project execution, and customer lifecycle management. The leader will drive revenue growth through new projects and aftermarket opportunities while ensuring service excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & New Projects
- Lead opportunity identification and capture strategy for control valves and IMI CCI flow control solutions in thermal power & nuclear power plants.
- Manage the complete bid lifecycle: RFQ review, solution configuration, costing, proposal submission, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and endusers.
- Develop annual business plans, market forecasts, and growth strategies for the Power & Nuclear segment.
2. Aftermarket (AFM) Sales & Lifecycle Management
- Drive aftermarket revenue through spares, services, upgrades, retrofits, digital diagnostics, and longterm service agreements (LTSAs/AMCs).
- Partner with customers to identify lifecycle extensions and modernization opportunities.
- Achieve AFM order intake, revenue, and margin objectives.
3. Field Service & Technical Support
- Lead field service operations, including commissioning, troubleshooting, shutdown/turnaround support, and emergency service mobilization.
- Ensure service technicians adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of sales & service engineers.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Factory Operations, Quality, SCM, and Global Product Teams.
- Drive crossfunctional collaboration to meet project commitments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1820 years of experience in the control valve, flow control, or industrial automation industry.
- Strong background in Power, Nuclear, and EPC/OEM engagement.
- Proven track record in business development, project acquisition, and aftermarket expansion.
- Deep knowledge of control valves, severe service application & actuation technologies.
- Experience leading field service teams and executing projects in highsafety environments.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and customerfacing experience.
- Engineering degree (Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field); postgraduate degree preferred.
