Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Outside Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The role involves identifying and generating leads, meeting with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships. As an Outside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting BuildX.Homes' construction solutions, and collaborating with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction. The position also requires preparing and delivering compelling presentations, staying updated on market trends, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet potential clients in the field
• Conduct site visits with customers
• Explain BuildX.Homes offerings
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain client relationships
• Collaborate with Operations, Inside Sales & Design teams for sales closures
• Follow up on prospects
• Update CRM records

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and collaboration
• Familiarity with or experience in the construction or real estate industry is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a base in Bengaluru
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
