Job Description:
1. Outbound GTM System Ownership
- Own email and LinkedIn outbound execution end-to-end
- Build a scalable outbound architecture that prioritizes relevance, timing, and safety
- Continuously improve systems to support scale without harming deliverability or brand trust
2. ICP, Segmentation & Signal-Based Targeting
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) by role, industry, company size, and intent
- Build segmentation frameworks for role-based and use-case-based targeting
- Identify and operationalize signals (job changes, hiring, tech stack, growth triggers, funding, etc.)
- Ensure outbound is triggered by signals, not static lists
3. GTM Data & Intelligence (Clay)
- Use Clay as the core GTM intelligence layer
- Design enrichment workflows using multiple data sources
- Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and freshness
- Create scalable Clay tables that support segmentation, personalization, and triggers
4. LinkedIn Outbound (Heyreach)
- Manage LinkedIn outbound execution using Heyreach
- Build, test, and optimize LinkedIn sequences
- Ensure safe scaling of LinkedIn activity across accounts
- Monitor acceptance rates, reply quality, and engagement signals
5. Email Outbound & Deliverability
- Own email deliverability end-to-end:
- Domain setup and warming
- Mailbox creation and rotation
- Sending limits and ramp-up strategies
- Monitor spam risk, bounce rates, and inbox placement
- Continuously optimize email infrastructure for long-term sustainability
6. Messaging & Sequencing
- Engineer role-based, pain-point-driven messaging
- Build multi-touch, multi-channel sequences (Email + LinkedIn)
- Balance personalization, scale, and operational efficiency
- Test subject lines, hooks, CTAs, and sequencing logic
7. Campaign Execution, Optimization & Scale
- Launch outbound campaigns with clear hypotheses
- Run structured experiments to improve:
- Reply rates
- Positive response rates
- Meeting quality
- Scale what works and kill what doesntfast
8. Reporting & Insights
- Track and report on:
- Deliverability health
- Reply and positive response rates
- Message-market fit indicators
- Pipeline influence (not just meetings booked)
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership and GTM teams
Must-Have Experience
- 3+ years experience in B2B outbound, GTM engineering, or growth operations
- Hands-on experience with Clay (mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with Heyreach (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of email outbound and deliverability best practices
- Experience with B2B prospecting tools (Apollo, Instantly LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Strong systems mindset: data signals timing relevance outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience with Smart lead or similar outbound email platforms
- ABM or signal-based outbound experience
- Exposure to RevOps, Growth Ops, or Marketing Ops workflows
- Experience scaling outbound across multiple ICPs or services
