Monthly Salary: 24,000 to 28,000 + performance incentives

Pattani Opticians is a Mumbai based luxury eyewear house with stores at Worli, Walkeshwar,

Vile Parle, and Hughes Road. The brand curates premium frames and sunglasses from leading

global design houses, with recent collections featuring YSL, Gucci, Prada, and Burberry. The

Worli store has been relaunched to deliver a high touch luxury experience, and the brand is

rolling out its online store.


Job Profile

We are seeking a sharp, well spoken Outreach and Sales Associate who will turn qualified leads

from social media and ads into store walk ins and closed sales. You will be the first voice a

prospect hears, the guide who understands their needs, and the concierge who books them into

the most convenient Pattani store for a consult and fitting.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach and Conversion

Call and WhatsApp new leads from ad form submissions within agreed service levels

Qualify needs, recommend frames or categories, and secure a store visit at Worli or the

nearest Pattani location

Maintain a high appointment set to show up to conversion ratio with daily follow ups and

no show recovery

Client Consult and Handoff

Prepare each customer for an in store experience by sharing what to expect and

documents to carry

Coordinate with store teams for smooth handover and track outcomes after visits

CRM and Reporting

Log every touchpoint, stage, and outcome in the lead sheet or CRM

Publish daily and weekly reports on lead volumes, appointments, show rates, and sales

conversions

Product Knowledge and Brand Experience

Learn Pattanis brand roster, materials, fits, and lens options that matter to luxury buyers

Use brand stories to elevate conversations and justify value

Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with confident vocabulary and clear tonality

Comfortable in Hindi

One to three years in outreach, inside sales, telesales, or customer success preferred

Strong phone etiquette, WhatsApp writing, and objection handling

Organized with discipline on follow ups, pipeline hygiene, and reporting

Comfortable working from the Worli flagship store
