We are hiring on behalf of our partner organization.

Patients for Patient Safety Foundation (PFPSF) is a not-for-profit organization governed by a Board of Trustees, with a pan-India presence over the past three years. We are committed to promoting safe health education for patients, families, and healthcare providers. PFPSF reaches over lakhs of individuals every week and engages with more than 1000+ hospitals through digital platforms, grassroots outreach, and capacity-building initiatives.

Our mission is to reduce medical harm and enhance patient safety by empowering patients and caregivers to actively participate in their healthcare journey and fostering stronger collaboration with healthcare providers

Emoluments-Rs 12 lacs padepending on merit and experience.

Need adequate experience with large outreach programs across diverse economic demographic audiences households in cost effective manner. Some knowledge of healthcare process & terms would be helpful.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for developing strategy, organizing and seamless execution/implementation of Outreach to various target segments

Selecting appropriate mediums & prioritizing outreach.

Supervision, Team building of junior staff ensuring output of individual team members while being a team member also

Research hunting and farming of new audiences with effective routes of communication with different demographic populations

Networking, Liaison with partners contacts and external agencies & building relationships including conducting effectiveness surveys.

Research articles/ information, on other similar organizations

Events coordination- like webinars, seminars, campaigns, or physical events.

Liaison with trustees and other seniors within and outside the organization

Any other as required

Skills & Competencies:

We are looking for highly motivated, delf starter, doer, who takes ownership.

Fluent in English. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills along with strong interpersonal relations and teamwork skills

Good IT skills, Proficiency in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Web Surfing

Well versed with latest Ed Tech tools, AI and Tech,

Prior experiences with clinical Content development for Health care providers on MNH and Public interface

Proven ability to conceptualize, analyse, innovate, plan, execute as well as public speaking

Demonstrated learning agility, pro-activeness, and openness to embrace new technologies at work
