Outreach Executive

Reporting To: Head of Outreach Manager (Counseling & Outreach)

Preferred Industry Background: Education / College Admissions / Field Marketing

Role Purpose:

To plan and execute on-ground marketing and school/college-level outreach activities that enhance visibility and generate quality leads for FDDI campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct school, college, and community presentations about FDDI programs.

Build relationships with principals, career counselors, and local influencers.

Represent FDDI at fairs, exhibitions, and district education events.

Collect verified leads from events and feed into CRM.

Conduct 8+ outreach events per month; achieve 15% outreach-to-admission conversion.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 3 years (must belong to campus location, with local market knowledge)

• Compensation: 25,000 45,000/month (based on experience) + Incentive
