Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Outreach and Marketing (Psychology). The role involves planning and executing marketing and outreach initiatives to promote Minderys psychology courses, workshops, and wellness programs.

The candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and sales efforts, coordinating events and outreach activities, and building partnerships with colleges, organizations, and communities. The role also includes engaging with potential participants, supporting event execution end-to-end, and contributing to strategies that expand Minderys reach and strengthen its brand presence.

This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in psychology, mental health, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales efforts for psychology courses, workshops, and programs
• Identify and connect with colleges, institutions, organizations, and communities for partnerships and outreach
• Plan, coordinate, and manage events, workshops, and outreach activities
• Support end-to-end event execution including promotion, registrations, coordination, and on-ground management
• Conduct outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, students, and collaborators
• Support marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Assist in expanding the reach and visibility of the organizations psychology initiatives

Preferred Profile:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Psychology, Applied Psychology, or related field

Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Interest in mental health, education, and community outreach

Comfortable interacting with institutions, students, and professionals

Organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership
