Job Description

For this position an ambitious, dynamic, self-motivated attitude is a must. We are looking for a candidate, who is able to motivate and engage the team to deliver a world-class service experience. A passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike and demonstrate Hyatts core values. A natural leader who can consistently deliver high-end and bespoke guest experiences for our signature restaurant. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading business development activities with our marketing team, drive guest satisfaction and lead the service team on the floor.

Qualification

Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management and good in Revenue Generation, Public relation, Inventory Management & Events Management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Bar Manager or Night Club Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
