This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound SDR (Sales Development Representative) based in Gurugram. The Outbound SDR will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, conducting lead generation initiatives, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role also involves collaborating with the business development and sales teams to achieve revenue goals and grow the customer base.
- Proven experience and skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with potential clients and stakeholders
- Experience and capability in Sales and Business Development
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with sales technologies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
