Role Overview

BigBoost is a Performance Marketing + AI Growth Consultancy helping US businesses scale profitably with strong measurement, structured experimentation, and operator-level execution.

We are hiring a high-performance Outbound SDR (US Market) to build a predictable outbound engine using LinkedIn + cold email.

Your mission is simple:

Create qualified pipeline and book meetings consistently.

This is a pure performance role not a passive lead generation or support function. You will own outbound campaigns end-to-end and be directly responsible for building a repeatable pipeline engine.

If you understand structured outbound, ICP clarity, high-quality prospecting, and disciplined follow-ups this role is for you.


Key responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Pipeline Generation

Run outbound campaigns end-to-end across LinkedIn + cold email

Build targeted lists (tight ICP, high-quality decision-makers only)

Write and iterate outbound sequences (short, credible, non-spammy)

Manage replies, qualify prospects, and book meetings on calendar

Track weekly metrics: accounts touched replies qualified conversations meetings booked

Maintain clean notes in CRM/Notion and follow up relentlessly


Customer Acquisition (0 Pipeline Engine Phase)

Build consistent weekly meeting volume with the right ICP

Create a repeatable outbound system (lists, messaging, follow-up, reporting)

Improve messaging and conversion week over week

Deliver qualified pipeline tracked weekly

This is a performance-measured role.

We care about booked meetings and qualified pipeline not activity without outcomes.


Consultative Outbound (US Market Focus)

You will initially target:

Primary ICP (First 46 Weeks):

US Lending / Alternative Lending companies

US Fintech & performance-driven lead generation businesses

(Additional ICPs may be introduced once outbound system stabilizes.)

You must understand how to position growth, paid media, and performance marketing services to decision-makers in the US market.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Founder and Growth Team

Share insights on messaging-market fit

Provide weekly performance reporting and learnings

Help refine offers based on real market feedback


What Were Looking For

Proven experience booking meetings through LinkedIn + cold email (not just handling lead lists)

Strong outbound copywriting and positioning ability

High follow-up discipline and comfort handling rejection

Analytical mindset test, measure, iterate

Ability to build structured outbound systems

Fixed monthly compensation
