Outbound SDR Intern

Eligibility: Only 2026 & 2027 graduating students

Perungudi, Chennai (Hybrid)

Duration: 36 Months

Stipend: 5,000 (Entire Internship) + Performance Incentives

Preference: Chennai candidates

Eligible Degrees: BBA / MBA / BE / Any Graduation

About the Role


We are looking for a driven, curious, and entrepreneurial Outbound SDR Intern to help us build pipeline and create meaningful engagement with Sales, Enablement, and RevOps leaders.


This is not a traditional dial-for-dollars internship.


You will operate like an AI SDR & GTM builder combining outreach execution, automation thinking, AI tools, prompt engineering, and experimentation to help us build a smarter outbound engine.


You will work directly with the founding team and gain real exposure to B2B SaaS sales execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential accounts and buyer personas
  • Execute multi-channel outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn)
  • Run and manage small outbound campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and share insights
  • Identify repetitive GTM tasks and suggest automation improvements
  • Continuously improve personalization and messaging


What Youll Learn

  • How AI tools like ChatGPT, Apollo, HubSpot, and Clay are used in GTM
  • AI-assisted research and personalization workflows
  • How to build simple automation systems
  • Real-world outbound experimentation

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree (Business, Economics, Communications, or related field)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outreach
  • Strong willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
  • Basic understanding of B2B SaaS or sales process is a plus
