About The Role:
We are looking for a high-energy Outbound SDR who can own top-of-funnel pipeline creation through targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and disciplined follow-ups. This role requires strong research skills, persistence, clarity in communication, and the ability to qualify prospects effectively for sales handover. Youll be part of a fast-moving, output-driven organisation where performance and execution speed matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Research: Identify ICP accounts, map decision makers, and build targeted lead lists.
- Outbound Outreach: Run structured sequences across email, phone, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Qualification: Conduct initial discovery to determine fit based on need, budget, urgency, and relevance.
- Pipeline Contribution: Book qualified meetings and maintain a weekly quota for outreach and conversions.
- CRM Discipline: Log all activity, update statuses, and maintain cadence hygiene.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales & Marketing for messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written & verbal communication
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach
- Confidence in cold calling
- Research-driven approach
- Objection handling
- Data hygiene & process discipline
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
- 13 years experience as Outbound SDR / BDR
- Must have worked in IT services, consulting, SaaS services, or tech services companies
- Experience booking meetings for India markets is a must have
- Prior use of SDR tools (e.g., Apollo, Clay, Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot) preferred
