Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Vadodara for an Outbound Sales Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating qualified leads, contacting potential clients through calls and emails, and building relationships to drive sales. The role also includes engaging in customer service efforts to ensure client satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and maintaining an organized pipeline of sales opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams to optimize client engagement and reporting on sales performance are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Sales expertise with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work within deadlines
- Experience working with CRM tools is an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a sales or business development role is preferred
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset
