Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Outbound Sales Specialist. In this role, you will actively drive lead generation, make outbound calls, and establish strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, presenting Makunais CRM solutions, addressing client needs, and converting leads into sales. You will collaborate with the sales team to strategize and meet targets while delivering exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Outbound Sales and Lead Generation, with an ability to meet and surpass sales targets
• Handle end to end sales, and has closed deals
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present solutions to clients
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on understanding and satisfying client needs
• Knowledge of CRM tools or sales software is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player attitude
• Prior experience in the technology, software, or SaaS industries is advantageous
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
