The Role


We are hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Enterprise Account Executives in building high-quality pipeline across India and the Middle East.

Location is flexible.

Territory ownership will be defined based on your experience, market understanding, and capability.

This is not a high-volume telecalling role.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and qualifying enterprise accounts
  • Engaging senior stakeholders in construction and infrastructure companies
  • Booking high-quality discovery meetings
  • Supporting long-cycle, consultative sales motion


What Youll Do

  • Research and map target enterprise accounts
  • Conduct structured outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities
  • Set up meaningful discovery meetings (not calendar fillers)
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene
  • Re-engage stalled enterprise accounts strategically
  • Work closely with Enterprise AEs to refine targeting and messaging


Who This Role Is For

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has 1-2 years of B2B sales / SDR experience
  • Is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders
  • Understands consultative qualification (BANT or similar frameworks)
  • Is structured, disciplined, and outcome-focused
  • Prefers quality pipeline over activity volume

Experience in any of the following is a strong plus:

  • Construction / Infrastructure industry
  • Enterprise SaaS
  • ERP / Workflow / Finance / Asset platforms
  • Middle East enterprise exposure


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a pure inside sales volume role
  • Not a transactional lead-generation job
  • Not suited for fresh graduates with no enterprise exposure

This role requires maturity, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in structured enterprise environments.
