Job Description

Traviante is a boutique experiential travel company specialising in luxury, tailor-made journeys across the world. We curate meaningful travel experiences for families, couples, and solo explorers who want to travel beyond the ordinary.


As we expand our outbound travel vertical, we are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Lead who understands global travel and enjoys converting travel dreams into well-planned journeys.


Role: Outbound Sales Lead (Long Haul / Short Haul Destinations)

Experience: Minimum 5 years in outbound travel sales

Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound travel inquiries for international destinations
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings through consultative sales
  • Design customised itineraries for FIT travellers, families, and couples
  • Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, and suppliers globally
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and visa requirements


Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 5 years of outbound travel sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of long-haul and short-haul destinations
  • Experience handling FIT clients and customised itineraries
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Passion for travel and customer experience
