Outbound Sales (Cold Call) Specialist (Remote / Hybrid)

We are a fast-growing AI startup based in Bangalore, building the next generation of AI employees for businesses worldwide. We are currently looking for a driven and articulate sales professional to join our team and help us expand in the Indian and US markets.

Location: Remote / Hybrid (HSR Layout, Bangalore)

Compensation: 15,000/month + 1,000/meeting booked (above 5 meetings / week).

Full-time Opportunity: Convert to a Full-Time role after 2 months based on consistent, high-quality performance.

What Youll Do:

• Conduct cold calls to prospective B2B clients in both India and the US.
• Clearly communicate the value of our AI solutions and drive engaging conversations.
• Qualify leads and book demo meetings for our core team.

Schedule: 6 hours/day (Including US hours from 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST + during Indian daytime/afternoon)

• Exceptional spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence to steer conversations and handle objections with ease.
• Self-motivated with a high drive to hit and exceed targets.
