We are an outbound agency specializing in building effective outreach engines for B2B e-commerce, SaaS, agencies, and B2B services. We excel in automation and infrastructure. Were looking for a dedicated campaign owner who thrives on marketing and copywriting, someone who sees every project as an exciting challenge to crack.
The Ideal Candidate:
You live and breathe marketing, particularly outbound campaigns. Every client, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), and offer is a puzzle for you one that youre eager to solve. You're not just writing emails; you're crafting campaigns that win and drive results.
What Youll Be Doing:
Campaign Creation (End-to-End Messaging):
- Conduct in-depth ICP research to understand pain points, objections, triggers, and language.
- Develop compelling offers, angles, and copy.
- Write cold email sequences (36 steps), LinkedIn DM sequences (connect + follow-ups), and LinkedIn comment frameworks (signal-based engagement).
- Create a clear test plan to optimize campaigns.
Campaign Iteration (Continuous Improvement):
- Regularly iterate on campaigns (at least once every 2 weeks).
- Use data-driven insights to improve subject lines, openers, angles, CTAs, personalization, and structure.
- Develop repeatable playbooks to scale successful tactics.
Collaboration with the Technical Team:
- Define what data is needed for personalization and campaign effectiveness.
- Guide the tech team on personalization variables, custom line frameworks, segmentation rules, and routing guidance.
- Ensure seamless communication with the tech team to align campaigns with automation systems.
AI-First Working Style (Must-Have):
- Use AI tools for ICP research, idea generation, angle exploration, and variant creation.
- Edit hard to ensure the final output is human, sharp, specific, and performance-drivenavoiding generic, AI-sounding copy.
Success Metrics:
- Increased positive reply rates.
- More qualified conversations and booked meetings.
- Consistent iteration every 2 weeks with meaningful improvements.
- A growing campaign library with insights on what works for different ICPs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience writing high-performing cold outbound emails and LinkedIn copy.
- Strong marketing expertise in positioning, offers, objections, segmentation, and differentiation.
- Ability to diagnose underperforming campaigns and propose clear next steps.
- Excellent English proficiency (native or near-native).
- An AI-capable workflow to boost speed and quality.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with outbound tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, n8n, or Unipile.
- Writing experience for B2B SaaS, agencies, or B2B e-commerce brands.
