Role Overview

Were hiring a full-time Outbound Cold Email Specialist to:

Generate clients for Calibrate

• Run outbound campaigns pitching Calibrates services
• Book qualified sales calls
• Help grow our U.S. client base

Manage client campaigns (Key Account Role)

• Own day-to-day outbound campaigns for clients
• Build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns
• Handle parts of client communication and reporting
• Collaborate with client marketing/sales teams

This is not an entry-level role. You must have run outbound campaigns before.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Building and scaling cold email systems
• Setting up domains, inboxes, and deliverability infrastructure
• Writing & structuring cold email sequences
• A/B testing messaging and angles
• Managing reply handling and follow-ups
• Tracking metrics (reply rate, meetings booked)
• Client reporting & communication
• Collaborating internally on campaign strategy

Required Experience

You must have prior hands-on experience with:

• Running cold outbound campaigns for clients or your own agency
• Tools like Instantly or Smartlead
• Pulling and enriching lead lists
• Using Clay (clay.com) for enrichment & automation
• Basic understanding of deliverability (SPF, DKIM, warming, inbox rotation)
• Working with U.S. clients (preferred)

• Based in Gurugram (in-office preferred)
