Job Description

The One Team Sales manager leads a team of sales colleagues that execute transactional sales processes and focus on sales growth from a select customer base and will manage the sales support team and support the area sales team in managing and growing an important number of assigned accounts to ensure customers meet their business outcome.

The OTS manager will manage the sales support & customer success partner team and also support the area sales team in managing and growing an important number of assigned accounts to ensure customers meet their business outcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales support & Customer Success Partner team · 
  • Drive Engagement · 
  • Drive Standardization 
  • Ensure client managers are supported using the standard channels and build long term trusting relationships with the customers to ensure they realize their full value from their investment with Maersk
  • Coordinate with various commercial functions in the GSC, to enable customer requests timely
  •  Drive invoice quality by understanding root causes and correcting issues
  •  Drive customer Net Promoter Score
  •  Review customer compliance and provide insights to client managers
  •  Assign leads for potential new business
  • Drive online uptake
  •  Ensure there is a smooth execution of account management activities to develop customer relationships and promote retention
  • Drive and improve CSAT and NPS results
  • Invoice quality
  •  Engagement
  • Drive Allocation improvements and standardization

Candidates should have experience on:

  • Contract management
  • Invoice Quality
  • Allocation
  • Tender process
  • Sales processes

Required experience & skills

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related industry preferred · Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams in a sales, customer experience or operations domain and overall 7 years of work experience

 · Account management execution/building customer relationships.  · Commercial knowledge · Excellent communication skills · Strong stakeholder management skills
