We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle OTM Apps Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in data migration and end-to-end OTM implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless integration and performance of Oracle Transportation Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support full-cycle Oracle OTM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Design and configure OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, and Freight Settlement.
- Develop and maintain OTM integrations using Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, and web services.
- Perform data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and custom solutions within OTM.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues across OTM modules.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Oracle applications with at least 4 years in Oracle OTM.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in OTM modules and architecture.
- Proven experience in data migration projects including legacy data extraction, transformation, and loading into OTM.
- Hands-on experience with OTM configuration, workflows, agents, and automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, XSLT, and integration tools (SOA, BPEL, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global delivery model.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud OTM is a plus.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Oracle certifications in OTM or related modules.
