Job Title: Finance Risk & Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Noida, Hybrid


Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Risk & Quality Assurance Analyst to support our

Finance Support Services (FSS) pillar with a focus on the Americas region. The purpose of this

role is to prevent failures before they occur by embedding proactive risk controls and quality

assurance across the finance operations. This role acts as a mini control tower, ensuring early

detection of risks, reducing repeat defects, and safeguarding stakeholder confidence through

robust governance.


Key Responsibilities:

Risk Monitoring & Early Alerts:

Develop dashboards and predictive indicators to identify risks early and prevent failures.

Control Framework Ownership:

Design and implement preventive controls across invoicing, payroll, reconciliations, and

other critical processes.

Quality Assurance with Risk Lens:

Embed QA checks within workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance upfront rather

than relying on post facto checks.

Governance & Compliance:

Own governance frameworks and ensure adherence to global standards and internal

policies.

Defect Reduction:

Analyse recurring issues, identify root causes, and drive solutions to reduce repeat

errors.

Delivery Oversight:

Flag and hold back any deliverables that carry unresolved risks until cleared.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Partner with Americas teams and leadership to provide insights, risk assessments, and

recommendations.

Risk Culture Building:

Drive awareness and training within the pillar to embed a proactive risk mindset


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related

field.

8-10 years overall experience with 4-6 years in Risk & Controls, Internal Audit, or

Quality Assurance within Shared Services, or similar environments.

Strong understanding of finance processes especially O2C & Payroll/ AP and

their associated risk controls.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in Advanced MS Excel.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight

deadlines.

Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Comfortable working in Americas shift timings.


Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in Finance.

Experience in risk controls and QA for global financial operations.

Knowledge of compliance frameworks and internal controls.

Exposure to Americas region financial regulations.

Experience with analytical tools such as Power BI and familiarity with AI-driven

productivity tools like Microsoft Copilot.
