Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Manage the OTC Claims portfolio and maintain strong customer relations.

Researches and resolves customer deductions.

Researches and resolves disposition items.
-
Status reporting on customer deductions
-
Establish relationships and maintain close contact with the appropriate business unit and corporate personnel.

Make appropriate reports and recommendations on claims problems and issues to supervisor.
-
Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Respond to customer emails and phone calls related to payment / dispute status.

Determine if the disputes are valid and issue credit memos (If valid dispute)

File Claim of payment in customer Portals if Disputes are invalid.

Review disputed reasons such as pricing, shortages, damages, rebates, co-ops and returns.
