Job Title: OTA & Property Listing Intern

Location: On-site

Duration: 3 months

Role Description

As an OTA & Property Listing Intern at Spacez, you will support the operations team in managing and maintaining property listings across various Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). This role offers hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, content management, and day-to-day OTA coordination.

You will assist in ensuring that property information is accurate and consistent across platforms, support pricing and availability updates under guidance, monitor bookings and guest reviews, and help with routine OTA-related queries. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a foundation in hospitality and OTA operations, with potential growth opportunities based on performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Listings Support

• Assist in creating and updating property listings across OTAs, including property details, amenities, photos, and policies.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of information across all platforms.

Content & Listing Assistance

• Support in reviewing property descriptions and images to ensure they meet OTA standards.
• Help maintain uniform and up-to-date content across multiple booking platforms.

Pricing & Availability Support

• Assist in updating pricing and availability as guided by the operations team.
• Monitor listings to help avoid discrepancies or overbooking.

OTA Dashboard & Daily Operations

• Assist in monitoring OTA dashboards for bookings, cancellations, and basic updates.
• Support in handling routine queries from OTAs related to bookings or listing information.

Review Monitoring

• Track guest reviews across OTAs and share key insights with the team.
• Assist in drafting review responses under supervision.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn OTA platforms and hospitality operations
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

Good to Have

• Basic understanding or exposure to OTA platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
• Prior internship or academic project experience in hospitality, operations, or customer support
• Familiarity with channel managers or PMS tools
• Interest in hospitality operations, revenue management, or property management
• Comfort working with simple reports and data
