We are looking for a smart and detail oriented OTA Channel Manager to manage and grow our tour listings across various OTA platforms. This role requires strong analytical thinking, product understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize tour listings across multiple OTA platforms
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure accurate tour details, availability, and pricing
- Monitor bookings, cancellations, reviews, and performance metrics
- Handle OTA dashboards, promotions, and seasonal updates
- Ensure consistent product descriptions and brand tone across platforms
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and external OTA partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory)
