Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedOperation Theatre (OT) Technician to join our hospital team and support safe, efficient surgical procedures.

Education Required:

• Diploma in DOTT
• Diploma in DOT
• Diploma in OT / USE (OT) or equivalent

Experience:

• Minimum2 years or more of relevant hospital experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain OT instruments and equipment
• Ensure sterility and infection control protocols are followed
• Monitor OT inventory and report equipment issues
• Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of OT procedures and sterilization techniques
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
