Job Description

As an Analyst, you will act as an in analyst for our OSINT (Open-Source Intelligence)/social Media Analysis product. You would be responsible for gathering and analyze happenings and prepare well researched study reports, run daily analysis, support the customer in day-to-day activities using our product.

You will also be needed to collaborate with external customers, internal teams to resolve client queries and issues. Duties include working with internal business customers to understand their requirements, maintaining requirement documents, providing training and application support.

Major responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research and reports of different kinds.
• Perform functionality validation of the solution and check whether all functionalities are successfully implemented.
• Communicate regularly with business users and technical staff to ensure issues (if any) are resolved in a timely manner.
• Learn the internal business applications, their structure, functionality and technology in detail
• Assist in training procedures and documentation for end users.
• Effectively interact with other members of the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Open for onsite deputation
• Open for outstation travel as per the organization requirement
• Innefu Office and Onsite location shall be considered as work locations
• In city Travel Expense shall be calculated from Work location only
