Job Description

Clinical Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments related to orthotic needs and assist in evaluating musculoskeletal or postural conditions.

Perform measurements, fitting, and adjustments of orthotic devices when required.

Provide clinical insights to ensure orthotic solutions are safe, effective, and comfortable for users.

Assist in documenting clinical observations and therapy outcomes.


Business Development & Clinical Outreach

Engage with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and clinicians to introduce company orthotic solutions.

Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare institutions.

Support product demonstrations, training sessions, and clinical discussions with healthcare professionals.

Identify opportunities for clinical partnerships, pilot programs, and institutional collaborations.

Gather clinical feedback and market insights to inform product development and expansion.


Product Development Support

Collaborate with design and engineering teams during development of orthotic products.

Provide guidance on fit, biomechanics, comfort, and usability of orthotic solutions.

Support prototype evaluation and iterative improvements based on clinical feedback.

Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and usage guidelines.


Clinical Research & Validation

Assist in clinical validation studies and product evaluations.

Support preparation of clinical documentation, reports, and research summaries.

Participate in collaborations with clinicians, hospitals, and academic institutions for device testing.
