Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Orthopedics Surgeon based in Pune. The Orthopedics Surgeon will engage in diagnosing, treating, and managing musculoskeletal conditions. The role includes conducting patient consultations, recommending and performing surgical or non-surgical interventions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining detailed patient records. The surgeon will also guide patients on preventive care and rehabilitation practices to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders and spinal conditions
• Proficiency in performing orthopedic and non-surgical procedures
• Strong skills in patient consultation, therapeutic planning, and rehabilitation guidance
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient management abilities
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery and valid medical license
• Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in orthopedic treatment and technologies
