JOB POSITION

 CGS India is seeking a Sr QA tester who would be responsible for testing the ORMB features, which involve manual testing of applications developed with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot technologies. ETL and BO testing. Work on Test Plan, Test Design and Test Execution. Able to mentor junior resources and connect with Business and IT leads to get more information on the requirement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Sr QA tester, will be responsible for the following:

Must Have:

• 4 to 5 years of Strong manual testing experience on applications developed with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot technologies.

• Work on Test Plan, Test Design and Test Execution

• Should be able to understand technical and functional requirements and translate them into test cases.

• SIT test scenarios covered should be exhaustive.

• Work independently, with minimal guidance.

• Always deliver within the committed timelines

• Test Plan review process to be followed and quality of the deliverables needs to be met.

• Should be able to design testing solutions and prepare test artifacts to support the quality.

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git/Bamboo

• Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of technical issues and work organizationally across teams.

• Familiar with Agile environment

• Agile Train support

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Control M scheduler or any other similar scheduling tool testing.

• Knowledge in health care billing.

• Working experience in healthcare is a plus.

• Knowledge in ETL and BO testing.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

EXPERIENCE

• 4+ years of experience in Manual testing, preferably in Health care billing application.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Develop relationships with the business to better understand business requirements.

• Build test plans, test scenarios and test cases.

• Ability to collaborate and facilitate troubleshooting of technical issues and work organizationally across teams.

• Interact with Billing leadership and with stakeholders across IT and Operations.

• Analyzes complex features and identifies and documents possible test scenarios.

• Preparing functional and/or technical test cases.

• Able to guide or mentor junior resources.

• Ability to use JIRA, Qtest tools.

• Expertise in RTM, Defect management

• Collaborates with geographically diverse associates and external vendor partners to get work accomplished

• Ensure adherence to enterprise and team processes, procedures and guidelines

• Anticipates and identifies opportunities for improvement.
