ORM Specialist

Please note: This role is for Night shift with 3 days WFH and 2 days daytime WFO office shift for reporting work. Apply only if okay with the work mode.

Rotimatic is the worlds first kitchen robot. We take on problems that have never been solved before, like automating flatbreads that are made by hand for centuries at the click of a button. This should either scare or get you super excited. Many companies before us tried and failed in solving this problem because we are perhaps a bit crazy and super multidisciplinary in our problem-solving approach.

Role Description:

As a Brand ORM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the brand's online reputation, engaging with customers across digital platforms, and driving positive brand sentiment. Your role involves monitoring brand mentions, responding to feedback, and strategizing ORM activities to enhance Rotimatics brand image across various online channels.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and engage with queries, comments, and reviews across social media platforms.
• Utilize social listening tools like Simplify360 or Meltwater to track brand sentiment and online conversations.
• Address negative feedback and manage crisis situations with professionalism and tact.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Social Listening and Online Reputation Management (ORM) reporting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in social listening tools and data analysis.
• Expertise in managing brand reputation and customer concerns.
• Ability to handle end-to-end customer issue resolution efficiently.
