Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Reputation Management (ORM) Manager, based in Bengaluru. The ORM Manager will monitor online channels, respond to customer reviews and feedback, and ensure the protection and enhancement of the company's online reputation. Daily responsibilities include tracking brand mentions, addressing grievances promptly, analyzing trends, and implementing effective strategies to enhance positive brand visibility. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, ORM agencies, is essential to maintaining consistent and positive communication.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM) and a strong understanding of social media platforms
Proven skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management
Data analysis and reporting skills to assess impact and outcomes of reputation strategies
Project management, team coordination, and the ability to execute action plans effectively
Attention to detail and ability to remain proactive under tight deadlines
Familiarity with technology and tools used for monitoring and managing online presence
Relevant professional experience or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
