Job Description
Were hiring: ORM (Online Reputation Management) Manager
Were looking for an ORM Manager to manage and look after the online reputation of an educational institution and other brands across digital platforms.
What youll do:
- Monitor and manage brand presence across Google, social media, review platforms, and forums
- Handle reviews, comments, messages, and public feedback professionally
- Respond to queries, complaints, and negative feedback in a timely and brand-safe manner
- Create response guidelines and escalation processes
- Work with social media, client servicing, and content teams to manage brand communication
- Track sentiment, reviews, and reputation metrics and share reports
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve brand perception
What were looking for:
- 24 years of experience in ORM, social media, or digital brand management
- Experience handling education brands or consumer-facing brands is a plus
- Strong written communication skills (English + regional language is a bonus)
- Calm, solution-oriented, and process-driven mindset
- Good understanding of social platforms, Google reviews, and community management
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and high-volume interactions
