Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Location: Noida - Sector 60

Job Type: Full-Time, Hybrid Mode

Experience: 5 -10 years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Organizational Development (OD) professional who will play a key role in strengthening people practices aligned with Infogains business strategy. The role involves designing and implementing OD frameworks, driving employee engagement initiatives, building competency models, and contributing to the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

• Design and implement OD frameworks and models aligned with the organizations growth strategy.
• Develop and deploy competency frameworks across functions.
• Conceptualize and drive global OD initiatives through well-structured project plans.
• Lead end-to-end execution of employee engagement surveys including data analysis, insights sharing, action planning, and communication in collaboration with business leaders.
• Strengthen Employer Branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Manage and support CPO communication initiatives.
• Partner with the HR team to drive key strategic HR projects and interventions.

Educational Qualification:

• Masters degree in human resources or a related field.
