Job Description

The Organic Growth & SEO Specialist will be responsible for building and managing the companys organic search growth engine.


This role ensures that the companys content and digital assets are structured to attract relevant organic traffic from search engines. The specialist will design and manage the architecture that determines which pages are created, what search intent they target, how they are structured, and how they connect through internal linking.


This is a strategic and technical role, not simply a content support role. The position requires a professional who understands how to combine search intent, technical SEO, and structured content architecture to create long-term organic growth.


The role reports to the Marketing & Growth Lead and works closely with the Content & Thought Leadership Specialist, design team, and development team to ensure the website performs effectively as a search-driven growth platform.


Key Responsibilities

Organic Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute the companys organic search growth strategy for key international markets.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Build a long-term roadmap that enables compounding organic growth over time.

Keyword Research & Search Intent Mapping

  • Conduct keyword research aligned with the companys services and target markets.
  • Map keywords based on search intent, business relevance, and conversion potential.
  • Prioritize keywords that reflect high commercial or solution-oriented intent.

Page Architecture & SEO Structure

  • Design the SEO architecture of the website, including which pages should exist and how they connect.
  • Define page structures that support strong rankings and clear user journeys.
  • Develop and manage internal linking strategies to strengthen search visibility and content discoverability.

On-Page SEO Optimization

  • Implement on-page SEO best practices across all published pages.
  • Optimize titles, headings, meta descriptions, and internal links to improve search rankings.
  • Ensure content pages align with search intent and technical SEO standards.

Technical SEO Oversight

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure strong technical SEO performance.
  • Monitor and improve site crawlability, indexing, and page performance.
  • Oversee improvements related to site speed, structured data, and Core Web Vitals.

SEO Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Search Console and analytics platforms.
  • Identify ranking opportunities, indexing issues, and performance improvements.
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations based on SEO data.

Programmatic SEO Development

  • Design frameworks for scalable programmatic SEO initiatives.
  • Support the creation of structured page templates that allow expansion of content coverage across multiple topics and industries.
  • Ensure programmatic pages maintain strong SEO standards and content relevance.

Collaboration With Marketing Team

  • Provide structured SEO briefs to the Content Specialist to guide content creation.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure SEO-friendly page layout and implementation.
  • Review and approve link-building targets identified by outreach teams.


Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and search engine optimization
  • Experience performing keyword research and search intent analysis
  • Ability to design and manage SEO architecture and internal linking structures
  • Strong knowledge of on-page SEO and technical SEO principles
  • Experience working with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools
  • Understanding of programmatic SEO and scalable content frameworks
  • Ability to translate SEO insights into clear and actionable content briefs
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams


Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools will be considered an advantage.


Experience

  • 4 6 years of experience in SEO or organic growth roles
  • Experience working on B2B services, technology, or SaaS-related SEO projects
  • Proven track record of contributing to or achieving search ranking improvements and organic traffic growth
  • Experience handling technical SEO requirements and website performance optimization
  • Exposure to international markets such as the US or UK will be an added advantage
