Order To Cash
Eligibility:
Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred)
Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Job Summary:

Required Skills:
a) Expertise in O2C skills
b) Billing & Cash application expert etc.
c) Project Exp on Process Improvements
d) Excellent communication skills
e) MS Office skills
Job Responsibilities:
1) Experience in F&A domain in O2C
2) Ownership of O2C Functions as Billing, Cash Allocation, timely highlight challenges/ issues for guidance, daily reporting.
3) Functional working experience in ERPs like Oracle preferred
4) Review of O2C activities – investigation on Unidentified cash, O2C Reporting, Dashboards, Open items resolution, Training team members, daily reporting, continuous improvement
5) Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
6) Interaction with the client - Governance calls
7) SLA adherence
