Order to Cash Specialist

You’ll be our: Order to Cash specialist

You’ll be based at:IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be Aligned with:  Head - Order to Cash 

You’ll be a member of:Corporate Finance & Accounts 

What you’ll do at Ather:

• Be a key member of the Order to Cash Team and be primarily responsible for managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process end to end. 

• Develop, monitor, maintain seamless O2C process incl process documents, workflows

• Implement digital solutions across O2C process

• Reconcile ERP with various invoicing tools and collection sources

• Monitor tax compliances related to O2C cycle

• Build strong customer reconciliation framework for both B2B and B2C sales

• Handle all Ind AS accounting treatment for revenue, various incentive programs & accounts receivable.

• Assist to build strong internal controls for day-to-day operations of the O2C cycle.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders, retail outlets, bankers on collections aspects

• Work closely with Auditors on quarterly, interim, and final statutory audits.

• Work closely with Internal Finance teams i.e Tax, Business Partners, Internal controls, Reporting

  
  

Here’s what we are looking for: 

• In-depth knowledge and expertise on O2C process & IndAS

• Prior experience of handling high volume on O2C 

• Strong work experience in finance operations. Preferably in manufacturing, retail, E-commerce industries

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Customer management tools, Billing software

• Proficiency on SAP ERP 

• Ability to build successful relationship across multiple stakeholders

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work within strict timelines

• Ability to execute / manage tight service level agreements

You bring to Ather:

• A Qualified Chartered accountant with 3-6 years of post-qualification experience
