What would you do? The person will assist the OTC Team Lead in meeting the daily productivity and accuracy targets and other deliverables as assigned. May be assigned complex activities depending upon business requirements
What are we looking for? Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduate an advantage At least 3 Yrs related working experience in OTC backend process with 1 yr as supervisory experience. Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required ? Health Insurance / Claims Benefits ? Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus) Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction Must be a good team player Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing Experience with accounting systems Microsoft Office skills Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement. Work hours at night. Overtime and On-Call may be required.
Roles and Responsibilities: Manages and execute Order to Cash, Cash Application process. Process incoming cash payments, such as checks, remittance advices, and other payment-related documents Processing credit card and electronic check transactions, obtaining the necessary documentation required for posting, and researching and resolving unapplied cash Provides a day-to-day work to the group, conducts workload studies, plans activities, sets direction, and provides supervision to and evaluation of direct reports Monitor team productivity and accuracy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Serve as an escalation point for exceptions and make approval decisions as per Delegation of Support and Authorities policies Actively participate/ support in process improvement/ innovation thru attending/ joining conference calls, conducting testing and providing sign-off, and process migrations Ability to manage stakeholders by handling AR/cash application related escalations Understand and perform AR lead role. Assist the OTC Team Lead in supervising the activities performed by the regular AR processing team within Manila DC. Complies with all client published policies and procedures and any legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to. Escalates production issues to OTC Team Lead as appropriate. Ensures all work is performed in accordance with SLAs and metrics. Assists in the creation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for Team Members not meeting expected production or quality targets, monitors program for a defined period May be assigned complex activities depending upon business requirements
