What would you do? Execute process Order to Cash in Adjustments with a focus on efficiency, first-time quality and overall continuous process improvement. The person will assist the Billing Team Lead in meeting the service delivery of billing team The Billing Processing team focuses on the process of creating and issuing customer invoices. This includes reviewing the list of debit notes raised and identifying any gaps in the process. The role requires a good understanding of invoicing, collections, account receivables, order management, sales order, order processing, order fulfillment, and journal entries. The role may also require following up with the sales team to provide reasons for raising debit notes and un-recognized revenue.
What are we looking for? Graduate of finance-related or business course; Accounting graduate an advantage Preferred qualification - Cloud Financial Operations (FinOps) Certified Professional preferred At least 2 yrs related working experience in OTC backend process. Experience in any of skills below is preferred but not required. ? Health Insurance / Claims Benefits ? Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections, Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability) Experience in any accounting ERP (Oracle, SAP, etc.) Written and spoken ability to communicate in English for Accenture interaction Previous accounting experience/studies in particular AR Must be a good team player Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure Flexibility, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks (thinking outside the box is a plus) Experience with accounting systems Microsoft Office skills Client industry, SSC or BPO experience is a plus Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement. Work hours at night. Overtime and On-Call may be required. Client holidays are observed instead of Philippine or local holidays. Daily RTO during training and knowledge transfer until stabilization
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibility for activities assigned by the Team Leader Manages and execute Order to Cash, Adjustment. Monitors and reconciles complex financial transactions Coordinates and maintains the budgeting and forecasting processes Understands the end-to-end process of billing , adjustents and customer invoicing Understand and perform Accounts Receivable supervisory role if and when needed Provides required business unit reporting and other required information, when needed Track and reconcile daily/monthly volumes and metrics Analyzes historical data, identifies trends, and makes projections to support operational strategy. Monitors and analyzes costs associated with operations, such as supply chain expenses, distribution costs, and store operations Participate in analysis and brainstorming sessions deriving actionable data from quality insights Act as a subject matter expert of billing and customers invoicing May require making presentations to OTC Leadership
