What would you do? Enforce and uphold operational compliances in adherence to new and existing policies and procedures. Oversee daily workload allocation, quality audits, and productivity targets for the team. Conduct regular meetings, including Daily Huddles and sessions with key stakeholders, to present the team's performance, KPIs, and SLAs on a Monthly basis. Monitor incoming requests, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Actively participate in customer ops calls, coordinating activities and providing updates on assigned responsibilities. Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess the potential for automation and identify the required personnel to achieve goals. Coach and supervise staff, including performance management, mentoring, conducting 1-on-1s, identifying training needs and facilitating development, planning workflows, and implementing disciplinary actions. Prepare MOS (Management Operating System) reports for the team and effectively communicate with respective stakeholders. Organize team initiatives, resolve conflicts within the team, advocate for the team, and enhance team strengths. Continuously train team members on processes and systems, conducting knowledge tests to improve their skills. Provide constructive feedback regularly to foster a positive working environment. Support internal and external audit requirements promptly.
What are we looking for? You will be part of the Order to Cash Team, leading a team of 10+ members in Credit & Collection Operations. Your responsibilities include gaining a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end credit and collection processes. You will oversee daily operations to ensure the team meets daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and Accenture Management.
