Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Order Processing / Supply Chain Professional to be a part of our Operations Team. This is a full-time onsite role for a Order Processing Specialist located in Mumbai. The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Order Processing, Inventory Management, Operations Management, And Supply Chain Management for the Company.

Experience & Background

3 6 Years Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Deep understanding of Core Order Processing & Supply Chain Concepts including Warehouse & Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution & Logistics

Existing FMCG / F&B / Consumer Business / eCommerce Experience Preferred. Deep Customer Centricity and Focus is a must.

Strong analytical skills with a flair for numbers and performance insights, understanding of Zoho One Suite (Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics) etc. preferred

Key Responsibilities

The Order Processing Specialist will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, including Warehouse & Inventory Management, Operations Management, Demand Forecasting, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Distribution & Logistics.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring Order Processing, Inventory Levels, Managing Supplier Relationships, Optimizing Logistics Processes, and ensuring efficient and cost-effective distribution of the companys products.

The specialist will also be responsible for generating Reports & Metrics and Analyzing Supply Chain Data to identify areas for improvement and to implement solutions to enhance overall operational efficiency.

The specialist needs to be put a stellar focus on KPIs & Metrics pertaining to retail customers including Order Processing Accuracy, On Time Delivery, High NPS, Low Return/Refund Rates, Optimized Cost Per Delivery etc.
