We are hiring Order Management & Customer Service professionals with 15 years of experience for a Work From Office role. If you have strong customer handling skills and experience in order processing, tracking, and issue resolution, this opportunity is for you!

CTC :

13 Years: Up to 3.5 LPA

3+ Years: Up to 5.5 LPA

Locations: Pune & Bangalore

Walk-in Drive Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage customer inquiries related to orders, shipping & delivery

* Provide support via phone, email & chat

* Track orders and resolve discrepancies (missing/damaged items)

* Coordinate with warehouse & shipping teams

* Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively

* Identify process improvements for better service

* Accurate data entry & order documentation

Requirements:

* 15 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Management

* Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

* Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

* Proficiency in MS Office

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

* Fluent in English (written & verbal)
