Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Verify, review, and audit customer Purchase Orders for accuracy and completeness.
Assist Sales Representatives and Customers with all aspects of order placement and support.
Enter and manage print, digital, and online service orders accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to process large, complex, and multi-location orders .
Work closely with Sales Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Accounting teams to collect required information and ensure timely order processing.
Identify order-related issues and proactively collaborate with multiple teams to resolve them.
Escalate trends, risks, or recurring issues to management to support process improvement and policy enhancements .
Demonstrate strong active listening skills while handling customer and internal requests.
Provide order entry support to additional internal teams as required.
Manage special one-off orders and projects as assigned.

Required Education & Experience

25 years of experience in Customer Service / Order Entry / Order Management roles.
Proven experience providing high-quality customer service , including order processing.
Experience working with global customers .
Knowledge of customer service best practices and processes .
Experience with warehouse and shipping best practices .
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Purchase Order processing.
Exposure to Rootstock, Softeon , or similar order management systems is preferred.
Strong PC proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Excel : Basic proficiency required; growth toward intermediate proficiency encouraged.
Working knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
