Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ORC Techno-Functional Consultant with 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional background in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) with solid technical expertise in integrations, reporting, and data extracts. This role requires a blend of 70% functional knowledge and 30% technical proficiency to support ORC implementations, enhancements, and integrations.


Key Responsibilities:


Functional Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support ORC implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Analyse and gather recruitment requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain ORC modules including requisitions, candidates, approvals, onboarding, and offer management.
  • Design and optimize recruitment workflows to align with business processes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide solutions within ORC framework.
  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.


Technical Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and BIP reports for recruitment analytics.
  • Manage integrations between ORC and third-party systems, including LinkedIn, job boards, background verification tools, and other HR systems.
  • Support technical troubleshooting and data migration activities.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to deliver seamless ORC solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance during integration and reporting processes.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
  • Oracle Recruiting Cloud certification is preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on ORC.


Functional Skills:

  • Deep understanding of recruitment business processes and Oracle Recruiting Cloud functionalities.
  • Experience with talent acquisition, candidate lifecycle, and offer management processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions.


Technical Skills:

  • ORC integrations, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP reporting.
  • Experience integrating ORC with third-party systems (LinkedIn, job boards, background checks).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, web services (SOAP/REST), and data migration processes.


Other Skills:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.
