Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM
Must Have:
1. 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B
2. Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.
3. Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals
4. Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points
5. Experience in Solution Design and support good communication Skills
Good to have:
1. Functional Knowledge on utility industry
2. Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers Stakeholder Management
